Portrush
Portrush is Northern Ireland's premier seaside resort, located on the beautiful north coast
Over 6000 people live in the town but during the summer visitor numbers can swell this to many more thousands.The oldest part of the town is built on a mile long penninsula, extending into the North Channel sea. When the weather is sunny, the beaches located either side of the town are full of sunbathers and swimmers.
The Royal Portrush Golf Club is a beautiful links course and the only course on the island to host the British Open Golf Championship. It is frequently rated as one of the best courses in the world.
